TRINITY: The Trinity River rises in three principal branches: the East Fork, the Elm Fork,
and the West Fork. The Trinity package offers three principal advantages: intimate, elegant,
and modest arrangements.

5 Hour use of the Great Hall and Hall of Heroes includes two (2) hours for set-up and 1 hour for breakdown and the following:

In-house security guard
Exterior security (up to 4 hours) (If alcohol is available, exterior security must be maintained until end of event)
Hospitality Room
Set-up/break-down crew members (2)

Additional Information

A $500.00 non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm space. (Reservation fee not applicable to package rates)
Additional hours are charged at the rate of $100.00 per hour.
100% due 90 days prior to event, or, as otherwise agree upon if event is scheduled less than 90 days out. Checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted.

Rehearsals
If desired date and time is available within 30 days prior to event date, fees are $150.00, (up to two hours.)
