Saturday until 4:00pm and Friday nights $1200. Monday - Thursday & Sunday $1000.
Rent is charged for set up and breakdown time.
Please allow a minimum of two hours for setup and one hour for breakdown. Saturday daytime events must conclude no later than 4:00pm. Saturday evening events may not load in until after 6:00pm.
Rates include internal security, house operations staff, and Bride's Room . Premium rates may be charged between 2:00am and 6:00am, on holidays, and certain other "peak" periods.
A Security Deposit $500.00 refundable security deposit and signed contract are required to confirm space. If all conditions are met, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the event.
Rehearsals If desired date and time is available within 30 days prior to event date, a 6:00pm-8:00pm rehearsal is $150.00.
Rehearsals may be conducted at no charge if space is available during regular building hours (Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday 1:00pm - 5:00pm.).
Terms
50% due 60 days prior to event, balance due 2 weeks prior to event. Tables, chairs, etc. must be paid in full prior to each event.
501 (c)(3) organizations receive a 20% discount on room rates. Checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted. Subject to change without notice.
