Here are a few ways to set up a class room presentation.

This arrangement accomodates 260 at 6' x 30" tables and 6 seats with podium on a riser in front of the Great Hall surrounded by 2 LCD rear screen projection units.  Six video monitors assure viewing to the total audience.

For smaller meetings, the North or South Texas Room can be set up as a hollow square seating 48.

We can customize seating arrangements for in a variety of formations.  Our Lecture Hall seats 394, but has no permanent writing surface
